Max has been working in financial services for the past 20 years and has an extensive mortgage background. He started his career working on the Mortgage Servicing Desk for Lloyds Banking Group, where he learned the ropes worked his way up to various roles which include Team Manager and Fraud Investigator. Max also has experience as a Mortgage Underwriter and a Commercial Mortgage Account Manager.

Max is a huge mental health advocate and values time with his wife and daughter above all else. During his spare time, Max runs local football club Castlecroft Rangers, where he plays, coaches and acts as Club Chariman. His other interests include alternative music, science fiction, fitness and tattoo art.
